The EarlyBird Regular rate is $395 (other pricing, with rates for QH Employees, is listed when you click on Book Now - you do not have to proceed from this stage) Online bookings can only be made with a credit card and you will be issued with a Tax Invoice (GST is included). Note that for group bookings of 3 or more ($395 per person) where you want to pay individually, or to pay by cheque, you will need to call the office on 07 3878 1222 for further instructions. For group bookings where one person will pay for a group of three, this can be done below.

What happens next? How private and secure is my information?
If you click on the 'Book Now' link below, you will be asked to 'Register' to allow you to return to this site and check any booking details - you are not required to provide credit card details until the very last step in the booking process. Your details sit in an encrypted database that will not be accessed by any third party under any circumstances while your credit card details, after secure processing, are not retained.

Refund Policy

A 50% refund will be offered for cancellations received up to 14 days prior to the seminar. No refunds will be given after this time but, at any time, replacement delegate names will be accepted. Alternatively, if another workshop is scheduled, you can carry a credit forward for this, but a further fee of 25% will be charged to cover committed admin, venue and catering costs. If you are part of a group, the discount may then not apply to other members if you cancel. If the workshop has to be cancelled, the organiser will refund the total amount paid and this will constitute the maximum liability of the organiser. Any other costs associated with attendance are the delegate’s responsibility.
